Cloud Builders
Cloud computing is going to impact us all – which means it needs to as easy as possible to implement. From the early promises of greatness, we’re now seeing real references architectures and cloud deployments which are coming to fruition. For anyone who has watched the cloud phenomenon progress, this makes for genuinely exciting stuff. Many of these big steps forward are being driven forward by industry partnerships such as Intel’s Cloud Builders Programme (http://intel.ly/qzr8vo) and the member-driven Open Data Centre Alliance. As someone who is very much involved in such programmes, either directly or in an advisory capacity, I’m privileged to be at the heart of these advances in cloud computing. I’m therefore blogging about how I see the cloud phenomenon progressing, and looking to engage in discussion with others in the industry. So please keep an eye on my blog, and I’ll be interested to hear your views…
