What with my imminent workshops on the horizon and a promise that "Every student receives a Free Software DVD", I have realised that I need to be burning more than one laborious DVD at a time.
On offer to my students is the Windows Free Software collection OpenDisc and Linux Mint, a polished Ubuntu derivative distro.
I looked at buying a dedicated DVD duplicator for £150+ and then my next door neighbour (a Windows Man) suggested using an old PC with half a dozen DVD writers, if only the software weren't so expensive.
“Aha, Linux” I thought. And sure enough, BurnerOnFire.
Time to put the old PC to good use…
