Anyone use web conferencing?

I'm curious to find out whether many businesses use web conferencing or teleconferencing. My company in the States has recently starting using this technology and we're reaping the benefits. It seems like there's plenty of these businesses popping up all the time as well as more established ones like LiveOffice and Webconference.com so there's a lot of choice. On a more personal note, I have it at home so it means I can stay in much better contact with my family in the UK.
