Has anyone noticed that Webroot's 'Window Washer' doesn't work?

I have been a registered user of Webroot Software's 'Window Washer' for close on 2 years now.

I discovered yesterday that this application is known not to work when shredding files using the 'bleach' option within the program.

To check, I downloaded a simple, free undelete (file recovery) application and found that shredded files were not only detected but were readily restorable. Hardly protecting one's privacy huh?

I wondered if anyone else out there has had the same problem.
