FREE Download of Sun system Solaris 10

Has anyone tried downloading this free offering from SUN?
It's suppoed to be compatable with Window formats, i run Vista RC! Builld 5600.
As of 19.46 hours UK time Wednesday 13th 2006, i'ved had no success, now i'm not the dumbest bloke about but has any one with a bit of sav-vy found a way of doing it?
Would truely appreciate any help available.
