I'm sorry to hear you've had problems downloading that whitepaper. Could you please send an email to me at Community.Manager@zdnet.co.uk, including the link that you used and information about which browser version you were using? I'll send it on to our tech team for investigation.

Also, it looks like you just signed up to the ZDNet.co.uk community. Did you try to access this whitepaper before or after you replied to the email we sent you to confirm your registration? You wouldn't be able to get to it before replying to that email, but you would if you tried after.
