Service Management Analyst Newcastle £19,000 - £21,000 plus excellent benefits Please note: this is a 12-month fixed term contract Job Purpose: This is a position for an experienced service management analyst within an established team. The main duties include: updating and tracking incidents raised against the systems, logging and tracking change requests and the preparation of reports. Some basic technical tasks may also be required.
