Site Systems Integration Manager Job ID: E15141 Location: London, United Kingdom Shell Downstream encompasses all the activities necessary to transform crude oil into petroleum products and petrochemicals, and deliver them around the world. Our Downstream businesses refine, supply, trade and ship crude oil worldwide, and manufacture, transport and market fuels, lubricants, bitumen, LPG and bulk petrochemicals for domestic, transportation and industrial use. Altogether, the organisation employs some 80,000 people. Shell Retail operate through 46000 sites selling enough Petrol & Diesel to refuel 16 million cars per day. Downstream Retail IT are currently looking to recruit a Site Systems Integration (SSI) Manager to join us to work on a global site systems programme based in London. Responsibilities: As Site Systems Integration Manager, you値l be responsible for all integration activities related to global Downstream retail IT site systems projects, ensuring that they meet time, cost and quality requirements. You値l also make sure that the global systems integration and deployment frameworks and processes are implemented for all projects. In addition, we値l expect you to act as the primary interface on integration issues. Assuring and managing the quality of the systems integration programme set up and execution, you値l have a specific focus on: Build and integration processes Legacy upgrade, change and decommissioning Local adaptation of systems integration processes The transition to deployment and release management Change and version controls Vendor management, including commercials Test strategy and environments Architectural review processes Partnership model and selection processes Sourcing strategy Technical change management process models Assets, tools and environments Cost and estimating models The maintenance of centrally controlled systems integration and deployment processes, frameworks and toolkits to ensure deployment projects. You値l ensure that projects follow standard systems integration and deployment procedures, and comply with project excellence guidelines. We値l also require you to manage the transition to support activities between site systems and Business Application Management. Requirements: With a proven track record of successful systems integration and programme management of multiple, geographically spread programmes and projects, you値l have: Extensive knowledge of retail sites, especially point of sale and payment systems Knowledge of back and head office systems, site communications and communications infrastructure Experience of managing highly complex systems integration with multiple interfaces, standards, vendors, fiscal and legal requirements Knowledge of project excellence tools and techniques, including use of project assurance processes Experience of globally managed deployment templates, tools and processes Experience of transitions, developments or implementing projects A proven track record in delivering complex transformations including business process redesign.
