This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and focused Project Analyst / Manager to join a tier one IT services organisation supporting a large number of prestigious and high profile customers. Ability to be Security Cleared is essential.
Description:
Reporting to the Bid Manager:-
- You will work under minimal direction, lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for small to medium projects.
- You will facilitate needs assessment and the development of recommended project control solutions to be used for planning, scheduling, and tracking projects through integration of various Project Management tools. Determine, monitor, and reviews all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.
- You will contribute to project estimation process.
- You will plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including sub-contractor monitoring.
- You will integrate and use specific industry methodologies (such as, systems development, product development, and so forth).
- You will ensure adherence to legally binding requirements. You will control project requirements, scope, and change management issues. Establish appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria
- Manage changes in operational plan.
- You will assist in the training of the project team on application of the procedures.
- You will maintain awareness on emerging technologies and Project Management techniques. Develop project control and reporting procedures and manages changes in operational plan.
- You will undertake status review meetings among project team members and clients.
- You will work with management on project proposals, bids, contracts, estimates, and schedules.
