Even though they are already a successful business, they are looking to grow their business within the energy and construction sectors and as a result now have an opening for a Service Coordinator to join their team. The Role As a Service Coordinator, your role will be varied. You will process customer orders for the services provided by my client through all aspects of the process from receipt of the order to dispatch of the service engineer. You will ensure that contracts are delivered on time and to the customer's budget by coordinating the daily workload of service engineers by generating relevant site deployment documentation and making sure that the correct materials are supplied for each call out. You will be responsible for invoicing, administration and customer liaison.
