Group Leader

I require a Group Leader based from East Anglia, for this innovative, exciting and internationally respected global designer and manufacturer of a range of high quality consumer products. You will provide leadership to manufacturing team leaders and teams in a high-volume consumer products environment, driving attainment of business objectives and driving continuous improvement activities (Lean production, 6S, Kaizen, Kanban, Visual Management, and Total Productive Maintenance) Applicants should have a Degree or equivalent related experience in an established, process -oriented manufacturing environment. The Group Leader is required to work 24 x 5 on 3 shift rotating or continental shift, which is 4 days on (12 hours) then 4 days off then 4 nights on.
