Senior Software Analyst/Application Support Analyst/Developer - Java, SQL,Oracle - Leicestershire. Senior Software Analyst/Application Support Analyst/3rd Line Customer Support Analyst required by my client based in Leicestershire and commutable from Derby, Leicester, Nottingham, West Midlands. This position requires candidates with excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical people. You will possess experience in technical support (software/application) within a strongly analytical role, if you have a systems development background this will be beneficial - particularly around technologies such as Java, SQL, Oracle and Teradata as there will be a strong onus of support on database systems.
