A service implementation analyst is needed to fill a position with my key client, based in Surrey.. The company provides software as a service solution globally, and has recently been gained a large contract from clients based in the Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity to travel globally with your work. Do you have the relevant experience? - deploying web based software solutions - experience of Microsoft web based technologies (dot net 3.5) - implementing web based apps using HTML and ASP - knowledge of software protocols, internet standards as well as network and PC operating systems - Software troubleshooting experience - Application support experience - Experience working in a Project Environment - Outstanding communication skills The role involves; - Providing pre-sales support - Working closely with customers throughout the implementation / support cycle - Configure, Customise and integrate product software for customers - Provide knowledge transfer to customers and act as a technical interface - providing training to end users. - Work with Project Management teams to ensure swift and reliable operation of the application - Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
