The Extensa 900 Series will come in weights starting below five pounds. The 133MHz Pentium-based machines will ship with 256Kb L2 cache, 16Mb EDO RAM, 1.35Gb hard drive, 12.1-inch dual-scan or 11.3-inch active-matrix screens, CardBus slots with ZV Port support, nickel metal hydride or lithium ion battery, and integral sound.
A docking station with expansion for an eight-speed CD-ROM drive, second battery, and PCI card slots will be available as an option.
