News Burst: Hi-Tech stocks blamed for market crash

Technology shares are taking the blame for Europe's stock market meltdown Monday which resulted in the second-largest one-day sell-off ever.

Internet stocks were badly hit as shares in Asia collapsed. Shares in Hong Kong fell 1 percent, Singapore and Japan were similarly affected.
