Shares of America Online Inc. fell $4 1/16 to $106 15/16 in heavy morning trading. Earlier today, a Merrill Lynch analyst issued a report saying subscriber growth in the quarter was slow, particularly overseas. Merrill Lynch's Henry Blodget said that the sluggishness overseas may be a result of the "free access" movement there.
