Infoseek, Cisco in pacts with Panja

Panja, formerly known as AMX Corp. has developed a technology that allows multimedia content to be sent over the Internet to existing stereos, televisions and VCRs.

The company said today that it has signed a deal with Cisco Systems to market a co-branded cable modem using the technology.

Panja has also signed a content distribution deal with Infoseek.
