A much-anticipated update to the iPhone is just one of the announcements expected at Apple's annual Worldwide Developers Conference, in San Francisco's Moscone Center, late on Monday.
Industry watchers and customers will, no doubt, be looking for Steve Jobs to build on the success of the iPhone 1.0 and address some of its shortcomings, including the lack of 3G connectivity.
Business users will also be looking to hear anything from Jobs that indicates Apple is taking the enterprise market for the iPhone more seriously.
