In the last of the current series, Rupert and Charles look at two of the latest Windows Mobile smartphones, to see how they match up to the standard set by Apple's iPhone 3G.

Talkback
It may have been mentioned, but I don't recall hearing it. Were these two phones any good at being a phone? I mean, like actually talking to someone?
Poor battery life. I see, battery too small, system too power hungry, I understand the iPhone suffers from this too. Who needs function when phones look this good.
I have decided (before watching this, but you have confirmed my decision) that my next phone will NOT be Windows based. Ever since my current Windows mobile device crashed on me as someone was trying to ring me. I am now looking around for a replacement, any suggestions?
Edition 40 sound quality was a lot better than your earlier offerings. Earlier editions in this series had a few minor problems such as poor positioning of lapel mics, but at least I could hear what you were saying. Well Done.
It might have taken an 8th of the time to make, but don't let all those wizzy graphics get in the way of the basic message. Can I ask that series 5 goes back to basics..... please?
And finally, it's good to see that since your promotion, you are still a pub man Rupert and haven't started dragging Charles to the wine bar.
