Last week, Microsoft opened the doors to the newly remodelled Garage building, a centre for after-hours innovation and experimentation for company employees.
Until now, the Garage has been more of a concept than a location. To make the space a reality, the company gutted much of the darkly lit, confusing warren of offices in building four, one of the oldest Microsoft buildings in Redmond.
The reception area of the new Microsoft Garage now features plenty of glass and natural light.
