My Axim was delivered after the "glitch" date, which suggests the left-hand does not know what the right hand is doing at Dell, but know doubt the director responsible will receive his "bonus" for mis-management of the situation. We (Joe public) are not the R&D department of computer industry, and since companies supply equipement to the market place "untested" it is about time our legislators provided more than lip-service to warranty conditions - lets have some real responses e.g. a fixed proportion of turnover as the penalty, "hit'em in the pocket", this certainly would concentrate the minds of those with much to gain if they thought they would be on the losing end.
