I signed up for BT Satellite broadband last year. Too far from the xchange for ADSL satellite was the only option. I receive downloads at < 20-30k on a supposed 512k service. Speeds confirmed by BT and ZDnet speed tests. All stats sent to BT who steadfastly ignore me. No explanations - no response. Will revert to dial-up imminently.
