We are totally Elonex, MS NT SBS network and 16 workstations. W£e have received an e-mail from John Power, Corporate Sector Manager, Elonex to say that new Elonex has no obligation to service calls on previous warranties free of charge.
We also had a service call in process waiting for an engineer and were phoned today to say they are not honouring the call out.
So I guess they are not honouring existing contracts and warranties as they told you unless you are a big and important customer where they will gain a future benefit.
