Paypal has not made amends to errors on my account. I
I was one of the many people who had transactions take twice from their bank accounts. In my case one sum of £23.01 and another of £18.50.
I have so far received the sum of £23.01 back into my bank account. The sum of £18.50 has so far failed to appear on my Paypal history and has therefore not been credited to me for payment into my bank account.
I have now emailed Paypal on four occasions without response. I have also spoken to two people at Paypal on the dedicated number listed and explained the situation to them. They promised me faithfully that they would remedy the situation. To date there has beeb no such payment made.
Paypal. Don't make me laugh. More useless than a chocolate fire guard.
