ARM, one of the great British success stories in technology, is a company looking for fresh conquests. Already dominant in the market for mobile-phone chips, ARM is now moving into the tablet and even server markets.
At Mobile World Congress, Bob Morris, the company's head of mobile computing, demonstrates new products that use the company's processor architecture, explaining the benefits of multicore technology for power management. Morris also told ZDNet UK why his company is skeptical about arch-rival Intel's prospects of catching up in the smartphone market.
