I am a user of ntl and have experienced this matter in email breakdown and the opening of new pages. It effects my childrens work as when they try to do their course work, they have to keep on connecting to the internet as it repeatedly gets disconnected.
It is very dissapointing that this happens with ntl because i was recommended this company by many people but ever since i have joined even my friends and family have complained about the same issues. I would like you to get back to me as soon as possible notifying what you will be doing to improve your system.
P.S. The repeated disconnection in the system has not started from Fri but infact ever scince weve joined ntl. I hope you can do something about this appauling service.
