The E71 is significantly smaller and lighter than the E61, at 126g rather than 150g. While the E61 measured 117x70x14mm, the E71 measures 114x57x10mm. The battery capacity is the same as in the E61, at 1500mAh.
The internal memory has been increased from 60MB to 110MB. The E71 is also much more metallic than its predecessor, having a stainless steel rather than plastic back, and is — according to Nokia — now the world's thinnest full-Qwerty handset.
Both the E66 and E71handsets will be available in July at a recommended retail price of €350 (£275).
