Point truly missed. Both use a...

Is aimed at the home user's? so net speeds are not fast enough to clone an entire hard disk to remote location, but for backing up small my documents items i don't see the point in outlaying that amount of money for such a service.
Instead id rather be inclined to back it up onto a hdisk wired up to me home router, or my mobile phone or USB pen drive.
I'll start paying atention to offers like this when the supplier lets you mail in your own media for upload.
transferring Gb/TB of data using the upload speed of my broadband connection is going to take months, thats assuming that my ISP doesn't throttle the hell out of me for breaching my 'fair use policy', if i can send in some DVD's or Blu-Rays or even Dat tapes or LTO's with the data i want uploading and they'll put them on their servers then great. If not... then no thanks.
