O2, the mobile arm of Telefonica Europe, appears to be the winner of a bidding war for VoIP company Jajah, according to a report on Israeli financial news site TheMarker.
O2 is expected to buy Jajah this week for $200m (£120m), according to the report. Cisco and Microsoft were rumoured to have been competing for the VoIP firm.
Jajah representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
