The Curve 8520 is a quad-band phone with GPRS support, but no 3G or HSPA. Wi-Fi (802.11b/g) and Bluetooth (2.0+EDR) are both present, but there's no GPS receiver.
At the back there's a 2-megapixel camera with uploads to FaceBook and MySpace built in. The BlackBerry App World (RIM's online application store) is also preinstalled.
In the end, the absence of 3G and GPS may put a significant number of users off this otherwise attractive handset.
