Talkback Well, I suppose this is where I stop buying cds again. I'd only just started to buy them in significant numbers after I found cd-wow and play.com. I am NOT going to pay £11 for cd, i'd rather do without and listen to the radio.

Talkback I don't see how I'm doign anythign wrong by buying legally bought CDs/DVDs/games. This is totally insane. It's not like they are pirate copies. Another great example of the record industry putting profit before customers, but I suppose that's life.

Talkback Concerning this Sony fiasco with the CD rootkits. I'm in the process of buying a large flat-panel TV. I was looking at a Sony, as most of what I have now are Sony. But after this underhanded fiasco, I'm choosing a Sharp flat panel instead.

Talkback I have to say that as a formally loyal Sony customer I am deeply disappointed that Sony has resorted to such a low blow. And their totally arrogant attitude almost Draconian, about this whole incedent demonstrates to me that deep down Sony dislikes...

Day of action to protest against copy-protected CDs

Talkback CD's are overpriced. If the industry expects people to stop making copies of their CD collections for themselves/others it should drastically reduce the purchase price of CD's now. I (like many of my friends) prefer to buy genuine pre-recorded CD's...

Talkback only 1 million? If you have 95% of the global market I think 1 million is going to be a bit short. If MS allow magazines to distribute copies of SP2 then it will get better penetration.

Talkback I agree, MS seems to be overestimating the broadband presence in the UK. Good idea though, I'll be taking that opportunity. Now all they have to do is get it out.
