Firefox 'passes 20 percent market share' in Europe

Talkback I find it unusual that you say that these figures for firefox use in europe probably should be taken with a pinch of salt because they are weekend figures. This really is is the only market that counts as weekends (and evenings) are mainly the only...

Firefox 'passes 20 percent market share' in Europe

Talkback I have little doubt that Firefox usage is raising in some areas, especially in Europe, as IE hasn't had an upgrade in years. That's simply invalid as a count of the actual Firefox market. Inaccurate? Simply plain wrong!

Firefox 'passes 20 percent market share' in Europe

Talkback You could say that arguing about stats is a bit frustrating. But so are headlines constructed on one datum. You need to look at the whole picture and this article doesn't come close. However, at the risk of stating the blindingly obvious:

Firefox 'passes 20 percent market share' in Europe

Talkback I can quite easily see why Firefox is being used so widely across Europe and I would dispute your low UK usage figures. Firefox gives home users options on even safer surfing with Extensions such as Safe Cache, Quick Java, AdBlock and NoScript...

America is behind with mobile phones because of restrictive practices

Talkback I am delighted to hear that unlocked iPhones are already starting to be available in Europe. I'm sure this is the reason why America is so behind the Far East and Europe in the development of cellphones.
