MSN Messenger hit by virus, outage

Talkback I even disabled the firewall and when i try to go into msn messenger it stills says its blocking me signing in! For F**ks sake! I HATE this bloody computer. I just HATE the firewall. DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM?
