Member Review My advice is to forget the package but buy the anti-virus. The software installed without a hitch but then the conflicts started with other installed applications. Most of the features in the package I don't require anyway.

Member Review Email support is slow and their advice seems to be irrelevant. After a nearly eventless installation, upgrade from NIS 2003 on XP, it blocked all Internet access, including Live Update, without any indication in the logs or in the statistics.

Too many problems to recommend
Member Review Best advice is to stay away. Software seems to have been brought to market without full debugging. Running on Windows XP. Have had to unintstall and reinstall countless times. Protection turns itself off.

Too many bugs
Member Review My advice is too stay with version 2003. The problems with "LiveUpdate" in the 2004 editions plus extremely poor technical support makes the 2004 version a nightmare.
