Story: Inside Intel's Pentium M/Centrino
Dear Sir,
I am fascinated by the Pentium M Centrino 1.7GHz outperforming the 2.4GHz Pentium 4-M.
But, does the Centrino still outperforms the 2.4GHz Pentium 4-M when both notebooks are plugged in and the latter can run at its top clock speed of 2.4 GHz?
Although I agree that notebooks are meant for mobile computing, notebooks still can been seen as desktop replacements ... that are used mostly while plugged in.
Kind regards,
Tony Van Roy
