Outrageous - to think we're paying for this!
I'm currently job hunting, and my Hotmail address is on my CV and on all my registration details with online job agencies so I can receive job alerts - and unless I go to an internet cafe and pay to use their service, I can't get to them.
A friend is using a Hotmail account for his start up business, and he can't get to his inbox!
We should be able to sue!
