Story: Laws protecting consumers online need revision
bought a new suite, on second one now with in 6 months,new one faulty again and i am getting nowhere with furniture store.where do i stand and what can i do.it is on credit also.constantly phoneing them and getting nowhere.had a man out and survey showed that it was not right, but manager of store is not taking his word for it.manager been out him self and he is happy.we are not and want to get it sorted,soome information on the laws would be greatfull,,thanx alot M
