Story: Microsoft's Web sites go down

Hey,
one frustrated hotmail/ msn user here. Since about 5:00pm on Sept 2nd i have been unable to access my Hotmail account, msn support, & many other area's of the Msn site, So i cannot even report it to microsoft. There are also many other Hotmail/ Msn users that i am aware of with the same problem as myself which would suggest this problem is larger in scale than microsoft are letting on.
