Story: Lost PCs can phone home

I purchased PC Phonehome and it worked for 1 month. After the 30 days were over I noticed that it wasn't sending an email to my preconfigured email address and decided to email PC phonehome technical team swong@pcphonehome.com (he is useless) and after 4 months of trying to get support and didn't get ANY support whatsoever I decided to put this warning to potential buyers. Be aware of that company since they don't provide ANY support after purchase.

Hope this help somebody and please dont' waste your money on that UNSUPPORTED product.
