I don't know about the sex issue, but I also attended with my child and observed the fact that Habbo condones gambling to these teenagers by numerous casino rooms. And they are actually using real money to purchase virtual furniture which they gamble with. I don't know about other countries but In the USA the legal gambling age is 21.
