I have to agree with Shane Limbach's comments, but why not have done with it and create "1 Use Only" CDs ala Mission Impossible ... "This Disk will Self Destruct in 5 Seconds ... 4 3 2 1 ..."

There is still to the best of my knowledge, NO media type in existance for data distribution & storage that is %100 indestructable + corruption/error proof, and when you can pay upwards of $1000(NZ) for some Software or $100(NZ) a Game, you SHOULD be able to make yourself a LEGAL Backup copy, No?
