Has anyone seen the output from HP's recent round-table discussions (as mentioned in Eugene's articel)? Am blowed if I can find anything!
Coming from a Corporate/Finance Governance role I am constantly reminded of the challenges "traditional governance" pose to IT outfits.
My email gives it away, so no secrets. I work for Norwich Union Life (An Aviva Company), currently responsible for re-developing governance. A number of Mergers plus internal reorganisations have presented new challenges around our people and processes.
There are a large number of products on the market, including I.T.I.L, C.M.M.I, and C.O.B.I.T. Anyone out there with experience?
