Story: HP criticises printer ink rival for DMCA suit

I am a retailer of remanufactured cartridges, and i must say that HP is doing what is best for all. I mean come on, isn't it best when you have a choice. That's what makes our great market so great. Look at the after-market car part industry, imagine if you had to buy products from only your local GM dealer. Most would, but believe it or not, some do prefer another simular part for their car. Sure the GM OEM part always costs more because of strict factory standards, but imagine not having a choice between the two as a consumer. By allowing an aftermarket product, HP is allowing consumers to have that choice. We should commend HP for its broad sense of vision and applaud them for demonstrating that corporations can think beyond the box.
