Story: BT fixing fibre-optic broadband problem

hi, i am 1 of the unlucky 1's how has the fibre optic problem i live in kingswells aberdeen, when i first connected with plusnet they told me i would receive 2meg but on my connection day NOTHING so 2 engineers and 39 days later i got my broadband at 512 speed yes thats my lot but i still have to pay for 2meg ???
but the 39 days was about 30 phone calls back and fore from me to BT then me to PLUSNET and each telling the other it was their problem and i was stuck in middle on the phone to both of them almost every day. now i have been sent an email from PLUSNET telling me i will be getting a free upgrade to 8 meg which will be done automatically well we all know where that's going to lead , my head is sore thinking about it.
