I had a Nokia 6230i given in May 2006 as a replacement phone, I had to wait three months before without replacement phone..now I have a Mobile which has gone back to Nokia Care Ctre in Southport for the fourth (4) times the battery is not holding more than 48 hrs on "stand by", I have been given the battery is depleted trying to access network..I live in NO reception area (GSM), every time it goes to Nokia Care, the mobile is kept for 6 to 8 days, with NO replacement phone..They have upgraded the "software" ..I am asking in the space of 3 months how many time do you have to upgrade software !!!
I have been very disappointed by Nokia Care Centre , and its telephone support in Malaysia..

When all is said, if Microsoft produce the best product people will buy it and thats a good thing. If people have to buy their product because no one else can produce an alternative, only because interoperability protocols are kept secret, then thats a bad thing.
