More anti-european bluster form Mr. Declan.
The right to "reply" is something coming from the press legislation and should ensure that a person who is accused or attacked by someone in public is able add his statement and his point of view or a denial. In a blog of course, if it is a proper one, you have always the possibility to comment, as I comment here (I dont know any blogs where you cant make comments) and this is surly accepted as a possibility to reply.
Mr. Declan doesn't get the internet, when he thinks this is a one-way medium.
