Hi,

Please check it very carefully.I think SCO purposly copied code from linux kernel 2.4 to SCO kenel.
and now they are feigning that Linux copied the code from SCO.SCO probably conspired to prove it that linux copied code from SCO.

Is there any way so that IBM can verify SCO code comparing with Linux 2.4

SCO is lier company.They dont have energy to work.So they aimed to sue every body.It is money.
I think US court should give a very tough lesson to SCO so that in future nobody should even think for this kind of way for generating money.
