It's good to find out, in the actual article, that Bob Frankston at least appreciates the difference between IP addresses and "Web addresses" (whatever they are). Perhaps he should educate the headline writers. It does ZDNet no favours to have technically illiterate headlines, no matter how well grounded the article behind them.
