Story: SCO vs the Linux world…What's a Linux user to do?
Nothing new here - just a lawyer suggesting people consult their lawyer. Anyone considering giving SCO protection money for nothing should be asking, "If you lose your case (extremely likely), do I get my 'License' fee back?"
The real story is SCO executives dumping large amounts of stock after their completely criminal PR campaign drove their stock up temporarily. In fact, they used some of that inflated stock to buy a web services company, in the familiar fashion of the dot com con artists of the recent past.
I doubt SCO expects to make it to court. Meanwhile they are cashing in. Give them nothing but the contempt they deserve.
