Story: Apple G3 owners win OS X refund

Does this include Apple Xserve?
Apple Xserve is a great piece of hardware. I was suprised how badly the current Mac OS X runs open source software like MySQL and PHP. The Apple technican said the newer Mac OS X might solve my problem for a couple of thousand. Forget that. Yellow Dog Linux solved my problem. Will I get a refund for my unused Mac OS X?
